"Top spot for cloth diapers and beyond!"

"Awful customer support"
The after-sales experience was just terrible. The advertising was misleading with those so-called “birth” nappies not fitting my average-sized baby, who weighed 8.5lbs! They claimed my little one was “small”! Even when he grew, those nappies still didn’t work. I attempted to return the items, which were still in their packaging, but was met with a rude suggestion to sell them on Facebook! No returns allowed! No credits offered! No apologies whatsoever! I’ve lost over £300 - steer clear of this - total rip-off!

"Navigating the site is a breeze"
The site is super easy to get around, with tons of choices and info to guide you. There are plenty of eco-friendly products and household alternatives, not just diapers. Items consistently arrive promptly and are packed in an eco-conscious manner, using little to no plastic. Plus, the Nappy Gurus are really helpful!

"Awesome products and service"
I'm a big fan of the variety of diapers they offer - the delivery is super fast. The guidance they provide is tailored and truly amazing - it was a huge help for me as I began our adventure with cloth diapers.

It would be nice to see them move towards more eco-friendly packaging instead of plastic, but I reckon that's on the horizon.
